We keep this policy under regular review. The date in the hero reflects when you opened the page in your browser; contractual terms printed on your receipt or ticket may add specifics for a particular promotion.
Fair wear and course packs. Educational materials are not returnable merely because you changed your mind after reading them, except where cooling-off rights in your jurisdiction require otherwise for distance sales.
Printed materials
If a booklet or sheet arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or shipping damage, email us within fourteen days of delivery with your order reference, a short description, and clear photographs. We will send a replacement copy at our expense or refund the item price to your original payment method once we confirm the fault.
If you ordered the wrong title by mistake, we may offer an exchange subject to stock and you covering any postage difference. Opened packs may incur a restocking fee if we agree to take them back.
Tickets and bookings
For ticketed evenings or reserved studio time, cancellations received at least forty-eight hours before the advertised start may receive a full refund of the ticket price minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees we already paid. Cancellations after that window may receive a credit toward a future advertised date within three months, subject to availability, but are not automatically refundable.
If we cancel an event because of weather, facilitator illness, or venue closure, we will refund the ticket price or offer a transfer—your choice—within ten business days.
Digital handouts
When you receive a PDF or similar file by email as part of a paid bundle, and the file is corrupted or incomplete, we will supply a working replacement. After a readable file has been delivered, digital content is generally non-refundable unless mandatory law gives you a longer cooling-off period for distance contracts in your country.
EU and UK shoppers
If mandatory consumer rules in your country grant a fourteen-day withdrawal right for certain online purchases, we will honour those timelines where they apply to the product category you bought. Customised or clearly personalised items may be exempt under the same laws.
How to request help
Email assist@zarvaxenzythel.world with “Returns” in the subject line, your full name, delivery address, and proof of purchase. We acknowledge within three business days and aim to resolve simple cases within ten business days. Complex investigations may take longer; we will keep you updated.
Payment disputes
Chargebacks damage small studios through fees and frozen revenue. Please contact us before raising a card dispute so we can correct legitimate errors quickly.
